The room was functional and fashionable, we had an iron and ironing board, and a safe box. The staff were accommodating, thanks to them everything was great. The team provided an excellent service. Had access to its wifi, it was good.

Modern brand-new place, it has marvellous and stunning location just next door to wooden platform, Kazan Cathedral and church of the savior on Blood and the main restaurant street, the main street overall Nevski, and the main street for late night drinking. The hotel stuff are very very nice. The room is newly decorated and fashionable with shower, everything is brand-new.

Thoroughly enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and truly exceptional, the location was magnificent on the Fontanka river. The breakfast was fresh with green or black tea, worth the price.

Great location near Nevsky prospect and Moskovsky railway station. Helpful staff with good English speaking skills. Fair breakfast with a choice of 2 dishes and a drink. Clean and quiet rooms, especially those facing the inside. Good recommendations for theaters and places to eat. Convenient cab service.

everything was good, we had no problems with staff and rooms, perfect hotel. there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like triton, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

our stay at Friends in Saint Petersburg was amazing! The friendly staff, spacious rooms, and convenient location along the Fontaka River really made our trip memorable. The hotel even had a secure luggage room and delicious breakfast. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a great stay at a nice hotel located next door to a grand theatre. The location was convenient, near Nevsky Prospect and the railway station. The hotel was clean and quiet, and my room was huge with a spacious shower. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. They were helpful and even refunded the money stolen by a food machine. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff gave good recommendations for theaters and places to eat. my visit to the hotel really improved my trip to St. Petersburg.

I couldn't believe the value for money at Friends On Fontanka! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance of all the attractions, and the staff treated me like family.

Breakfast choices could be better, maybe more variety would be nice.
